For Teams
Register as a Team: Each university should have a single team account, created by the team leader or faculty advisor, regardless of the number of participating teams or entries in the competition.
Platform Features: Organize all vehicles by powertrain—Internal Combustion Engine (ICEV), Battery Electric (BEV), Hybrid Electric (HEV), or Fuel Cell Electric (FCEV)—and manage participation in both official and classic cup competitions. Oversee all competition classes—Combustion (CV), Electric (EV), and Driverless (DV)—from a unified university profile. The platform provides a comprehensive dashboard to view and manage team information, competition entries, team members, schedules, and driver lineups for dynamic events, ensuring efficient coordination and long-term continuity for your team.
Reusable Account: This account is permanent and must be maintained across seasons. At the end of each season, responsibility for the account should be transferred to the new team leaders or faculty advisors for the following year, ensuring clear ownership and generational continuity. There is no need to create a new team account each year—simply update the responsible users as team leadership changes to preserve your team’s history, documentation, and access to all platform features.
For Volunteers
Register as a Person: Registration is mandatory for all volunteers.
Platform Features: View your personal information, manage your canteen tickets, and handle walkie-talkie assignments, among other tasks. Depending on your volunteer role, you’ll have access to additional tools and features tailored to your area, making it easier to contribute and coordinate during the event.
Reusable Account: Your user account remains valid for future years. If you volunteer again at upcoming events, you can use the same account—there’s no need to register again. This ensures a seamless experience and keeps your participation history and credentials in one place.
